With open hearts, we invite you to join Kahu Fred Sterling and the members of the Honolulu Church of Light for our Sunday Healing Services in person or online, held on the first and third Sundays of each month.
In each Sunday Healing Service, a powerful healing mastermind force of light and love is present. It opens an opportunity for a healing to occur within the four aspects of your human experience: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual.

Special Long-Distance Healings for our Global Church Community on third Sundays of the month
Kahu Fred Sterling
The Sunday Healing Services on the third Sunday of each month are dedicated to our Global Church Community. Free long-distance healings are offered to anyone anywhere in the world, with Kahu Fred Sterling facilitating and church members assisting in the healings on that day. To request a long-distance healing for yourself or for another person, please fill out and submit the Long-Distance Healing Request form. Your contact information will remain confidential.
Prior to the third Sunday Healing Service, Kahu Fred and the church staff will select requests for long-distance healing from the many requests regularly submitted. If your request is selected, you will receive a confirmation email with the date, time and link to the online church service program. We would love to hear back from you prior to the program date that you can participate with us online. Thank you!
FAQs
Why would I want to request a long-distance healing?
Long-distance healings can address all sorts of healing concerns. For example, you may be healing through a physical ailment, from a headache to cancer. You may be having relationship issues, feeling disconnected from people, abandoned and unloved. You may be dealing with the loss of a loved one. It might also be financial instability, loss of a job, or lack of money to improve your life.
Do I need to be present to receive healing?
You do not need to be present on that day to receive the healing; however, for the optimum healing experience, we request that you be present online.
What can I expect from my participation in a long-distance healing session?
You will receive healing photon energy of love and light from Kahu, his team of healers and people around the world focusing on your healing on all four levels —physical, emotional, mental and spiritual, and to awaken the chromosomes of youth and vitality.
What if I am not selected?
Your request will be added into the Healing Prayer Bowl at the Honolulu Church of Light, and you will receive healing photon energy from Kahu and church members from around the world every night at 11:30 pm Hawaii time. As you continue your healing journey, we invite you to resubmit your healing request for a future Long-Distance Sunday Healing Service.
